JetPrivilege Upgrades Reward System

JetPrivilege, one of the world's most awarded loyalty programs, has come up with the latest customer-centric reward system on offer to its loyal members.

Starting last August 1, JetPrivilege has imposed new mileage accrual system and, by September 1, 2014, it will use a new redemption structure as well. The new mileage accrual and redemption scheme will enable loyal members to enjoy their privilege with the program much easier and quicker than ever before. The upgraded accrual and reward systems are applicable on all flights operated by both Jet Airways and JetKonnect.

Under the new schemes, a member who accrues up to 500 miles will be able to earn a minimum of 500 JPMiles if he flies with Jet Airways. If he takes the JetKonnect flight, on the other hand, he will earn for himself 375JPMiles. For every 500 or fraction thereof, a member will keep earning 100% and 75% if the flights were taken via Jet Airways and JetKonnect, respectively.

The new redemption scheme, meanwhile, has been made simpler and easier for members to redeem their rewards with both Jet Airways and JetKonnect. Members only need to accrue 5000JPMiles for domestic flights flown and 6000JPMiles for international flights via Jet Airways, to be able to redeem their rewards.

Jet Airways COO, Raj Sivakumar, said that the enhanced accrual and redemption schemes are just part of their continuing quest to offer loyal members an ever rewarding experience when they travel via Jet Airways or JetKonnect.

According to Managing Director of JetPrivilege, Manish Dureja, the new schemes are just the first of a much bigger enhancement program in store for their loyal customers.

JetPrivilege was recently spun off as a separate company enabling it to operate independently. The executive further said that their continued endeavor to create a unique and rewarding experience for JetPrivilege members will enable them to keep their captive market and attract new customers.

He added that they will introduce more programme enhancements at regular intervals for JetPrivilege members in the coming months.
