Jet Airways Partners With US Airways

Jet Airways has announced a reciprocal frequent flyer partnership with US Airways, the US-based airline. From March 4th 2011, JetPrivilege members will now be able to earn and redeem their JPMiles while they travel on any US Airways flight around the world.

Chief Commercial Officer of Jet Airways, Mr. Sudheer Raghavan commented: "With this partnership, Jet Airways will now be able to offer guests unmatched connectivity and seamless travel from India through US Airways' hubs at Charlotte, Philadelphia, Phoenix and Washington DC and onwards to over 200 destinations in North, Central and South America."

"We are delighted to partner with a carrier of the transcontinental reach of US Airways to enable our airline to enhance its connectivity and reach in the American markets. Similarly US Airways will be able to offer their guests over 71 destinations on the Jet Airways network across India and beyond, making this a winning partnership for both the airlines."

Currently, Jet Airways has frequent flyer partnership agreements with twenty-three leading international airlines, including Malaysia Airlines, Air France, All-Nippon Airways, Qantas, American Airlines, Austrian Airways, Brussels Airlines, bmi, Cathay Pacific, Delta, Dragon Air, Emirates, Etihad, Gulf Air, JetLite, Swiss Air, Kenya Airways, KLM, Lufthansa, South African Airways, Turkish Airlines, United Airlines and Virgin Atlantic.

US Airways, along with its partners US Airways Express and US Airways Shuttle, operate flights to over 200 destinations in the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean, Central and South America, with more than 3,200 flights per day.

As part of the reciprocal frequent flyer partnership, members of US Airways Dividend Miles will also be able to earn and redeem miles on the Jet Airways network.
