Indigo Launches 5 New Domestic Routes

IndiGo is expanding its domestic network with five new domestic routes.

The new routes fly between the Kolkata - Raipur, Kolkata - Indore, Raipur - Indore, Mumbai - Raipur and Indore - Mumbai.

All the new flights will operate to and from Terminal 1D at the Indira Gandhi International Airport.

President of IndiGo, Aditya Ghosh, said, "It gives me immense pleasure to announce the new flight additions on our national routes. With the introduction of the new flights, IndiGo will connect Raipur and Indore with cities of Kolkata and Mumbai.

"It is in line with our efforts to lay a strong foundation for the airline to achieve its forthcoming visions that primarily include offering convenient flying options to travelers across the country. The new frequencies will provide even more flexibility of choice to our customers and connect key destinations from east to west and vice versa across the country."

IndiGo is India's second largest airline with a market share of 19.8 percent. It started its international service in September.
