IndiGo launches new flights from Delhi and Mumbai

After inducting its 50th brand new A 320 aircraft into existing fleet, IndiGo, India's favourite on time performer, is further enhancing its customer experience with the launch of 06 new flights on its network. Starting March 18, 2012 India's largest carrier, will operate its new daily & direct flight between Mumbai-Srinagar-Mumbai, its second daily and direct flight between Mumbai-Lucknow-Mumbai route. Additionally, carrier will also operate its fifth daily & direct flight between Delhi-Lucknow-Delhi route.

The new flights resonate the airline's expansion plan, and the month-on-month growth IndiGo has seen in the domestic skies. These new services will further consolidate IndiGo's position as the fastest growing airline in India, with its 319 flights connecting 32 destinations across the India and abroad. Both corporate and leisure customers travelling from Delhi and Mumbai will now have enhanced opportunity to experience the hassle-free, on-time performance that IndiGo is synonymous with.

All inclusive lowest one-way fare valid for bookings made 14 days before travel date.

Speaking on the addition of new routes to its services, Aditya Ghosh, President, IndiGo said, "In line with our endeavor to meet the requirements of both business and leisure travelers, 6E is pleased to launch its new daily and direct flight from Mumbai to Srinagar to Mumbai and second daily & direct flight from Mumbai to Lucknow to Mumbai. IndiGo will also operate its fifth daily & direct flight between Delhi to Lucknow to Delhi, effective this summer.

Additionally, IndiGo today is the only Indian airline with a 'boarding ramp'. Additionally, IndiGo recently announced Vishakhapatnam as its new destination. 6E now connects Vishakhapatnam to Chennai, Bhubaneswar and Kolkata. 6E will also connect Vizag with Hyderabad and New Delhi effective April 04.
